Conversations I didn't predict I'd have before becoming a mother:

"Bye, honey. Have a good day at school."

"Bye. Mama."

"What do your tattoos say?"

"Well, I have a lot of them. This one," pointing, "says 'star', that one," pointing, "says 'love' and this one says 'peace'."

"Ahh, ok. See you at 2:30."
